Technical Support and Solutions: Provide accurate product and technical support for Sika's concrete products. Offer sound technical solutions to designers, showcasing how these products can address project needs. Sales Collaboration and CRM Management: Attend sales meetings, relay specifications and leads to the sales team, and maintain accurate records in the CRM system. Regularly update contact lists and project information related to the concrete market. KPI Achievement and Cross-Selling: Meet set KPIs related to targeted presentations, specification progress, and potential sales.
