Pre Sales Engineer
As a key player in our APAC Sales team, you will be instrumental in shaping the future of risk management. You will be responsible for delivering engaging software demonstrations and webinars across Protecht ERM's full functionality.
Key Responsibilities:
* Deliver compelling customer solutions and drive successful sales outcomes
* Collaborate with Business Development Managers to develop tailored sales strategies
* Lead proof-of-concept activities and support proposal development
* Conduct research into emerging risk domains and contribute to demo site content and product strategy
* Maintain CRM data and ensure adherence to sales policies and procedures
Requirements:
* 3+ years in pre-sales, or similar roles within SaaS
* Strong understanding of risk and compliance management, with experience in GRC systems
* Excellent communication skills – able to translate technical features into business value
* Proven ability to manage complex sales cycles and deliver high-quality proposals and RFPs
* Highly organised, analytical, and adaptable with strong problem-solving skills
* Tech-savvy with proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, and remote collaboration platforms
