Job Description
As a Loan Services Officer, you will play a critical role in supporting the lending operations of our organisation. Your work will involve ensuring accurate and compliant preparation of legal and security documentation.
Collaborating closely with lenders, internal teams, and stakeholders across the business, you will ensure efficient, timely processing while maintaining the highest standards of accuracy and service.
Key Responsibilities:
* Prepare and review legal and security documentation to support loan approvals, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and alignment with internal procedures and regulations.
* Maintain clear communication with internal stakeholders and lending teams, providing guidance on documentation requirements and resolving discrepancies efficiently.
* Accurately manage data entry and loan information in banking systems, meeting productivity and quality targets while supporting continuous improvement initiatives.
