Key responsibilities include:
* Support annual budgeting and rolling forecast processes across multiple business units
* Deliver monthly management reporting across the group – accurate, timely and insightful
* Partner with stakeholders to track spend vs budget and identify improvement opportunities
* Drive automation and efficiency in reporting processes
* Act as a trusted finance partner to operational leaders across the business
* Support presentations and reporting to senior leadership where required
* Contribute to a high-performance finance culture focused on accountability and continuous improvement
* Demonstrate ownership, initiative and a proactive mindset
Skills and Qualifications
* Have strong financial modelling and analytical capability
* Are highly proficient in Excel and comfortable working with large datasets
* Have experience with ERP and reporting tools (e.g., JobPac, Power BI or similar)
* Can translate financial data into clear, actionable insights
* Possess strong attention to detail while maintaining a commercial mindset
* Are confident communicating with stakeholders across all levels, including senior leadership
* 3–6 years' experience in FP&A, commercial finance, or accounting
* Experience in a multi-entity environment preferred
* Background in construction, property development, or project-based environments is advantageous
* Degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics or related discipline
