Administration Officer – Pimpama Campus
We are seeking an experienced Administration Officer to join our team at the Pimpama Campus.
This is a Fixed Term Full‐time position, operating Monday to Friday, Term Time.
As the Administration Officer, you will support the daily operations of the campus and act as the welcoming first point of contact for students, families, staff and visitors.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage incoming phone calls and general enquiries in a courteous and productive manner.
* Greet and assist students, parents and visitors, ensuring a positive first impression of the college.
* Respond to routine enquiries from families and staff and appropriately escalated more complex matters.
* Support student administration, including attendance processes, student sign‐ins/outs and basic welfare support.
* Maintain accurate records, databases and filing systems.
* Prepare correspondence, forms and routine documentation as required.
* Support the campus leadership team and teaching staff with general administrative tasks.
* Assist with day‐to‐day office operations to ensure the smooth running of the campus.
Qualifications and Experience
* Minimum two years' previous experience in a receptionist or administrative role.
* Current Working With Children Check.
* Solid administrative and organisational skills with attention to detail.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Excellent time‐management skills.
* Intermediate to advanced MS Office skills, particularly Word and Excel.
* Team player attitude with a solid work ethic and genuine desire to help.
