About the role

This Group Home service operates 24x7 - morning, day, evening and awake night shifts - it will depend of what you are looking for and the flexibility you need. You will need to be available for 3-4 days, 20 hours minimum (however we have some casual who work up to 40 hours a week). Our Northern Beaches group homes are based in Allambie Heights, Eleanora Heights, Forestville, Cromer, Narraweena, Dee Why, Belrose and surrounding areas.

* Delivering personalised support in a group home setting

* Assisting clients at mealtimes, personal care, administrating medication and manual handling using a variety equipment and aids.

* Supporting clients to engage and participate in their community

* Supporting clients to make their own choices and build skills to be more independent

* Monitoring the well-being of clients and reporting on their progress.

* Supporting clients with transport e.g. using CPA minivan

* Being part of a fun and dynamic team

Requirements

* Available for a minimum of 3 days a week, 20 hours (this is a minimum requirement - there are 38+ hours available if you wish)

* A current NSW Driver's License (P2 minimum)

* Ability to travel locally across the Northern Beaches.
