The RTO Training Coordinator plays a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth delivery of qualifications within Team Global Express's Enterprise RTO scope of registration, adhering to Australian Skills Quality Authority (ASQA) regulatory requirements.
Key responsibilities include managing student recordkeeping (AVETMISS) and compliance reporting for the Enterprise RTO and Commonwealth Traineeship Programs. This position is also responsible for maintaining the integrity of student records and course delivery databases using the student administration system.
Additionally, this role supports the development and maintenance of RTO training/assessment resources, RTO policy and procedures, and contributes to the implementation of new initiatives within the Enterprise RTO operation.
RTO & Compliance Administration
* Manage systems, procedures, and work practices aligned with Registered Training Organisation (RTO) Compliance requirements
* Ensure the integrity of student records and course delivery database utilising the student administration system
Training Co-ordination and Compliance
* Coordinate and deliver national traineeship programs, including the management of inductions, enrolments, training plans, and Contracts of Training
* Manage training plans to ensure trainees and existing employees complete training within expected timeframes
Safe and Healthy Workplace
* Comply with Team Global Express policies and legislative HSW requirements
* Identify and report hazards, injuries, and incidents
* Ensure tools and PPE are in a safe condition before use and report/fix as appropriate any defects
About the Role
To be successful in this role, you will require:
* Certificate IV in Training and Assessment or higher tertiary education qualification in Business or related disciplines
* 3+ years' experience in a similar coordination role within a Private or Enterprise RTO environment
* Exceptional personal standards of honesty, integrity, and professionalism
* Proven experience with LMS and/or TMS systems
* Knowledge of ASQA/VET system and reporting requirements
