Enterprise Sales Professional
We are seeking an experienced sales professional to sell our world-class service offerings in the Sydney, Australia market.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of sales excellence and the ability to meet/exceed quotas.
At our company, we offer a comprehensive portfolio of unified solutions to run, manage, support, customize, configure, connect, protect, monitor, and optimize enterprise applications, databases, and technology software.
The role will report directly to the VP, Sales & Marketing, ANZ, and the right candidate will have an entrepreneurial spirit, be able to build pipeline to capture new logos, and expand our business with our solution portfolio.
The successful candidate will have 10+ years' experience, ideally at start-up companies, selling new and innovative enterprise services and solutions into the SAP and/or Oracle ecosystems.
Key Responsibilities:
* Create awareness and demand for our products and services by developing your territory with the support of field marketing and your own planned outreach
* Identify and qualify sales opportunities through direct prospecting, lead follow-up, networking, and working with the lead generation team
* Develop your own sales qualified leads is a strong requirement
* Establish a dialogue with prospects and understand their unique goals, problems, and needs
* Provide and guide prospects' strategic vision to drive them toward our solutions
* Use company provided assets to create or customize compelling sales presentation messages, positioning statements, and other sales collateral for specific sales opportunities
* Drive the sales process by working collaboratively with functional peers (Sales Engineers, Delivery, Operations, Legal, Marketing, Finance) to successfully win an opportunity
* Implement and utilize current Social and Digital selling strategies to maximize opportunities via Social Networking platforms
* Be an expert in LinkedIn and LinkedIn Sales Navigator or similar tools to develop your own unique outreach in your territory
* Update and track all activities in our CRM tool
* Leverage sales efficiency tools to help manage your opportunities
* Accurately forecast and meet quarterly and annual sales commitments
Requirements:
1. Strong territory and account planning skills including ability and passion for prospecting
2. Highly developed selling, customer relations, and negotiation skills with the ability to effectively communicate with C-level executives, procurement, legal, and line of business representatives
3. Ability to engage prospects with a consultative sales approach
4. Strong writing and presentation skills
5. Proven analytical and problem-solving abilities
6. Proven experience with Social and Digital selling techniques
7. Deep knowledge of key prospecting and selling tools
8. Ability to work under stress and handle multiple critical priorities
