Based in Noosa on the Sunshine Coast, we are Noosa's original cleaning, packaging and catering suppliers. We cater for the Hospitality Industry, Cleaning Contractors, Clubs, Schools, Retail, Medical and Dental Practices, and households.
About the Role
This full-time position of 38 hours (Business hours Monday to Friday, 7:30am – 4pm) is perfect for someone who is enthusiastic, organised, and has a strong focus on exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities
* Greet customers and create a professional first impression
* Manage incoming phone calls and take customer orders over the phone
* Monitor emails and process customer orders
* Process customer invoice payments
* Maintain a tidy and organised office
* Monitor stock and package items appropriately for the retail showroom
* Monitor shared inbox and ensure timely follow-up on emails
* Support data entry, document control, and reconciliation of payments
* Maintain debtor/creditor accounts
* Receipt incoming stock
* Provide general administrative support to office team and delivery drivers
* Assist in Warehouse unloading stock / picking orders
About You
To be successful in this role, you will have:
* Previous experience in an administrative or accounts support role
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* A friendly and approachable manner
* Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
* A proactive attitude and willingness to learn
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
* Familiarity with systems such as Myob
