Office Administrator / Office Manager

Part-Time or Full-Time | Flexible Hours | Canberra ACT

Capital Bond Electrical is a growing Canberra-based electrical company delivering reliable electrical services across residential, commercial and construction projects.

We are looking for an organised and proactive Office Administrator / Office Manager to support the day-to-day operations of our business.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys administration, scheduling, customer service and organisation, and who can work independently while keeping tasks organised and up to date.

You will play an important role in helping our electricians and project managers keep jobs running smoothly.

Flexible part-time or full-time hours are available for the right candidate.

About the Role

This position supports the daily operations of our electrical business and ensures the office runs efficiently.

Your responsibilities may include:

Answering phone calls and responding to emails from customers and suppliers
Managing job enquiries and booking electrical work
Scheduling jobs and coordinating electricians
Data entry and general administration
Assisting with invoicing and accounts administration
Processing supplier invoices and maintaining records
Supporting project managers and electricians with job administration
Ordering office supplies, uniforms and equipment
Maintaining company documentation, registers and records
Assisting with staff onboarding and compliance documentation
Helping improve internal office systems and processes

About You

We are looking for someone who is organised, motivated and enjoys being part of a growing business.

The ideal candidate will have:

Strong administration and organisational skills
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Ability to work independently and manage their own tasks
High attention to detail
Strong computer skills
A positive attitude and willingness to learn

Experience (Preferred)

The following experience is beneficial but not essential:

Previous administration or office experience
Experience working in a trades, electrical or construction business
Experience with Simpro
Experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Experience with Xero or other accounting software

Training can be provided for the right candidate.
