Our client is one of the leading development and construction businesses in Australia currently undergoing tremendous growth. They source, build and develop residential and mixed use projects across metropolitan Sydney and have a large pipeline coming to market.
Committed to giving their buyers a world class experience, they are building out their Customer Experience team with a number of key roles. Hence we are on hunt for an experienced Customer Care Manager to play a pivotal role.

The Position
In the newly created role of Customer Care Manager you will be responsible for creating, streamlining and implementing processes from unconditional contract exchange through to post settlement with the goal of enhancing the customer experience.
Key responsibilities include:
- Define, & Manage Settlement Process from unconditional exchange, through construction, pre-settlement, settlement through to post settlement
- Liaise with Banks/Brokers to ensure smooth settlement
- Be the conduit between Sales, Marketing, Construction & Customer
- Manage the defects process and organise purchaser inspections
- Create purchaser gifts and key handover packs
- Resolve purchaser disputes in a timely and professional manner
- Liaise with cross functional teams to ensure client satisfaction
The Person
To be successful it's essential that you have the ability to present yourself in a confident, polished, professional manner with a strong commitment to customer service. Other key requirements include:
- Experience in a Customer Support Role, ideally with a Property Developer or in a project marketing environment
- Experience Collaborating with Multiple People with Diverse Backgrounds
- Proficient in CRM Systems (Salesforce Preferred)
- First Class communication Skills
- An approachable demeanour with a "can-do" attitude
- Ability to work autonomously and fast paced to adhere to deadlines
- High attention to detail, ensuring accurate inputting of information and data processing
