This is an excellent opportunity to join a well-established team with flexible working arrangements with WFH 2 days per week.
**The day to day** Responsibilities include: * Debt collection – Call clients directly to follow up on overdue payments* Answering incoming phone calls and managing an inbox* Reconcile debtor accounts* Allocate client payments* Update management on account status* Process credit card payments* Follow up on cash sale clients* Release results for cash sale clients* Manage client journal allocations**The Essentials** Excellent communication and reconciliation skills are essential for success in this role.
You will have a proven ability to work within a large team environment.
**In addition, you should possess:** * Experience in accounts receivable, customer service or debt collection* A high level of computer literacy including Excel, with Pronto & Oracle experience viewed favourably.
* The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* High attention to detail with the ability to prioritise your workload.
