Job Description
The Role: Operations Assistant
You will be responsible for overseeing operational functions across the centre, collaborating closely with various stakeholders including facilities and centre management teams as well as external contractors.
Your key responsibilities will include:
* Contributing to the development of centre budgets and forecasts
* Developing and contributing to asset and business plans
* Fostering collaborative relationships with retailers, operators and contractors
* Managing the asset and all fixtures
* Proactively managing contract team performance
* Ensuring building services are functioning and constantly monitored
* Maintaining compliance and OH&S requirements
Required Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will possess:
* Shopping centre experience as a facilities/operations coordinator or services assistant
* Excellent contractor management skills
* Great communication skills
* Ability to read and understand plans and technical data
* Capacity to structure external service provider teams for maximum efficiency and performance
