This is role is being offered as a full-time permanent position. This diverse and fast paced role encompasses visitor management, reception and administrative duties.Your professionalism and care in answering enquiries from staff and clients will bring personal satisfaction; being part of a positive and respectful workplace.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite especially Excel, Word and Outlook at an intermediate level
* Experience handling cash
* Have a warm, engaging, professional approach to meeting the needs of ourclients
* Ability to work without direct supervision to complete duties and achieve deadlines
* Financial/accounts background (desirable)
