The dealership wants to add a Service Advisor to its award-winning Mercedes-Benz Service Department to continue its success.
About The Role
* Reporting to the Service Manager, you will be responsible for:
* Working within Mercedes-Benz policies, guidelines and standards
* Provide outstanding customer care and be the vital link between the customers and the workshop.
* Inform and consult on vehicle servicing, keeping the customer current at every stage and answering any questions or queries they may have.
* Provide the best advice on our products and services to our customers.
* Be a team player, liaising with technicians and workshop control about vehicle statuses and ensuring that vehicles are ready on time.
* This is a challenging role where customer care always comes first. You\'ll take the time to talk to people, build a genuine rapport, and identify what our customers want and need.
About You
* MUST have experience as a Dealership Service Advisor
* Ideally, exposed to prestige brands
* Exceptional customer service skills; can consistently deliver 5-star service.
* Strong communication skills - both written and verbal
* Sound organisational skills and time management
* Current VIC Driver\'s license
* Eagerness to learn and upskill
