About The Role
This role involves assisting the Site Manager with arrivals of new personnel, coordinating mobilization of workers, transporting employees to clinics and appointments, addressing employee issues proactively, managing site safety policies, supporting onsite employee wellbeing, educating employees on workplace operations and client relationships.
