We are seeking an experienced Account Manager with expertise in commercial insurance and a proven record of handling commercial accounts. In this role, you will drive business, uphold client satisfaction, and play a pivotal role in our firm's achievements.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage a portfolio of SME accounts, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction and retention.
* Identify and pursue recent business opportunities.
* Perform risk assessments and develop tailored insurance programs to meet client needs.
* Negotiate terms and pricing with underwriters to secure optimal coverage for clients.
* Present insurance proposals and renewals to clients in an explicit and concise manner.
* Collaborate effectively with internal teams to deliver seamless client service.
* Stay abreast of industry trends and regulatory developments to provide informed guidance to clients.
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records.
Qualifications
* Tier 1 & 2 qualifications at a minimum. Diploma or degree preferred.
* 3+ years of demonstrated success in commercial insurance broking.
* Strong proficiency in commercial insurance products and industry practices.
* Proven track record in client relationship management and business development.
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
* SCTP, Sunrise and SCTP experience preferred.
