The role & responsibilities
5. Provide excellent customer service in store with premium product
6. Working as part of a team to achieve sales and KPI targets
7. Processing large volumes of stock
8. Picking and packing click and dispatch orders
9. Assisting in maintaining the in-store operations including housekeeping VM & cleaning required
10. Maintaining a positive CAN-DO attitude at all times to sell to our customers
To be successful in this role, you will bring
11. Previous retail experience preferred but not essential
12. A commitment to providing exceptional customer service and an unforgettable shopping experience
13. A passion for streetwear and sneaker culture
14. The ability to work well within a fast paced and energetic team environment
15. Self-motivated and willingness in meeting/exceeding sales targets & KPIs
16. Ability to listen and use feedback constructively
