THE POSITION
* Operate and monitor wastewater treatment systems to meet environmental and safety standards.
* Conduct routine inspections, testing, and maintenance of plant equipment and systems.
* Work closely with village maintenance and site teams to ensure smooth facility operations.
* Support environmental compliance and sustainability initiatives across the site.
THE PERSON
* Certificate III in Water Industry Operations (or equivalent) – essential.
* Previous experience operating wastewater treatment plants, ideally in remote or industrial settings.
* Sound understanding of Australian environmental and safety regulations relating to wastewater.
* Current driver's licence (HR desirable) and ability to pass site medicals and police checks.
* Coal Board Medical & S11 (desirable )
