We're looking for an experienced Call Centre Professionalto join our Operations team in Perth. This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll motivate, coach and develop a high-performing team while delivering strong customer and business outcomes.
You will be responsible for leading a team of Account Managers and Senior Account Managers to achieve KPIs, optimise portfolio outcomes and deliver exceptional customer experiences. You will provide ongoing coaching, manage performance, ensure compliance and support change initiatives across the business.
This is an ideal opportunity for a proven contact centre leader with strong debt recovery or financial services experience who enjoys developing people and driving continuous improvement.
About the role:
Lead, coach and mentor team members to achieve individual and team KPIs
Drive performance across productivity, efficiency and quality metrics
Conduct regular coaching sessions, call audits and performance reviews
Maintain strict adherence to quality, compliance and reporting requirements
Support change management initiatives and foster a positive team culture
Collaborate with peer Team Leaders to share best practice and improve operational outcomes
Manage escalations, complaints and risk within delegations of authority
Hours:
Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM.
About you:
Strong coaching, mentoring and performance management capability
Sound understanding of relevant legislation and guidelines
Strong communication, negotiation and conflict-resolution skills
High level of organisation, resilience and attention to detail
Previous experience within debt recovery, liquidation, hardship support, finance or similar industries advantageous
