Job Opportunity:
We are seeking a Chef Manager to join our Lake Burrendong team in NSW.
* Monday – Friday | 6:30am – 14:30pm
* Lead an onsite catering team in Dubbo.
Chef Managers play a pivotal role in ensuring the quality and efficiency of food production, while also maintaining excellent customer relationships. They supervise staff, manage stock control and budgets, and conduct regular reporting. Additionally, they must stay compliant with OH&S regulations at all times.
