Step into a fully supported employment and training position, where you will work and study for 12 months to gain your qualification.

Must have valid working rights in Australia already and reside in Australia
To access State Funding (for the training) must be a Permanent Resident or Citizen
Have regular availability to work AM shift 6:30am to 2:30pm, PM 2:30pm to 10:00pm, and to attend training 9:30am to 4:30pm
Must be able to work a minimum of 3 days a week, Monday to Sunday.
Must be availabilty to work PM shifts (3:00pm - 11:00pm)

We are expanding this team to deal with the increase in new residents and the growth of the industry. We are recruiting part-time trainees; you will be offered a minimum of 15 hours (guaranteed) and can work up to 35 hours a week. You will be offered a set 24-month contract for the traineeship, with locked-in shifts on the negotiated days and hours, agreed to by you, during recruitment. Once qualified, within 12 - 15 months, you will then be moved to a qualified rate. You will be partnered with a workplace Buddy/Mentor who will work with you to train you on the job, and support and guide you. You will also receive support from the Facility Leadership Team, Learning and Development Team, Registered Training Organisation, and Ternary - throughout your full traineeship. These positions aim to move to ongoing employment.
