Overview

DFP isseeking professional and motivated Outbound Call Centre & Administration Officers to support the delivery of health services within the State Government.

The role is responsible for contacting clients who have opted in to programs, booking appointments, and providing high-quality administrative support.

Responsibilities

- Making outbound calls to clients to arrange and confirm health service appointments
- Accurately recording and maintaining information using EMR, Sunrise and ECHIN
- Responding to client enquiries with professionalism and confidentiality
- Providing administrative support to ensure smooth daily operations

Essential requirements

- Demonstrated experience using EMR systems (mandatory )
- Previous experience in an outbound call centre or health administration role
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- High attention to detail, accuracy, and organisational skills
