The Role
We are looking for a motivated and experienced Night Auditor to join our Crystalbrook Collection Hotel in Brisbane. Reporting to the Front Office Manager, you understand how important our guest services are and will be confident in your approach to dealing with challenges that can occur in a hotel environment at night. You will work effectively in a small team and will thrive in a varied position being proactive and accountable. Elevating our guests experience will come naturally to you and you will enjoy the buzz of working in a luxury hotel environment where no two days are the same.
About You
* A love of crunching numbers and an eye for detail.
* Previous hotel Front Office experience is desirable.
* Basic knowledge of accounting principles.
* The ability to work with Opera Cloud and a general understanding of hotel operations.
* A personality to rival any sunrise you will see!
* You can balance the requirements of night shifts and are seeking regular shifts across a 7 day Roster.
* You have a passion for elevating guest experiences.
* You are confident in handling tricky situations when they arise with limited supervision.
NOTE
This is a permeant part time role - 30 hours per week minimum. We are seeking permanent residents who are looking for longevity in Brisbane. Sponsorship is not available for this position.
