Prepare and submit quotations, tenders, and pricing schedules to clients as per submission deadlines.
Conduct quantity take-offs and apply accurate labour and material rates.
Ensure cost estimates achieve target gross profit margins.
Maintain and apply standard costing methodologies and ensure all estimates align with company procedures.**Project Planning & Handover**Collaborate with Operations to confirm scope clarity, methodology, and feasibility of quoted works.
Provide a comprehensive handover of successful tenders to operations, including inclusions/exclusions, assumptions, supplier quotes, and agreed margins.
Support the operations team on variation pricing and project cost control throughout the life of a project.**Client & Supplier Engagement**Maintain strong working relationships with key clients, subcontractors, and suppliers.
Liaise with suppliers to obtain accurate and competitive material and subcontractor pricing.
Follow up all tenders to confirm receipt and maximise conversion rate (
