Administrative Support Role

We're seeking a highly skilled administrative professional to provide vital support across property management and art collection.
In this role, you'll work closely with our Facilities Management Director and a supportive team, taking ownership of administrative tasks that keep our operations running smoothly while contributing to exciting art and property projects.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong administrative skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to work autonomously.
As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for managing administrative tasks, coordinating events, and providing exceptional client service.
Additionally, you'll have the opportunity to develop your skills in business support software, finance systems, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide administrative support to the Facilities Management Director and other team members.
* Manage diaries, correspondence, and event coordination with ease.
* Develop and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders.
* Contribute to the development and implementation of business processes and procedures.
* Assist with budget planning, financial reporting, and audit preparation.
* Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in property leasing arrangements and asset management.
Requirements
* Proven experience in administrative roles involving diary management, correspondence, event coordination, and client service.
* Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Office and corporate systems such as Archibus and Finance One.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
* Able to work independently, manage time effectively, and maintain professionalism in all interactions.
* Associate-level qualification or equivalent combination of education and experience.
* Understanding of asset management principles and knowledge of property leasing arrangements.
