We have several full-time, 12-month contract roles available across: South-Eastern Suburbs of Melbourne North-Eastern Suburbs of Melbourne Mornington Peninsula As a GP Sales Representative, you will: Complete training requirements, including product exams and Medicines Australia (MA) qualification. Build trusted partnerships with General Practitioners, retail pharmacies, and allied health staff. Present product efficacy, safety, and approved indications to support on-label prescribing. Develop local business plans with your Sales Manager to exceed sales targets and call execution goals. Use digital tools and data insights to understand customer needs and drive smarter decisions. Maintain deep knowledge of market trends, demographics, and therapeutic areas in your territory. Ensure compliance with all industry regulations and the MA Code of Conduct. What We’re Looking For Essential qualifications: Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent qualification) Experience in sales and/or medical background Strong interpersonal skills, leadership, and collaboration abilities Ability to plan, organise, and drive business performance Desirable: Pharmaceutical or healthcare sales experience in Australia Knowledge of disease areas, brands, and healthcare landscape Experience using data, CRM systems, and digital tools to drive sales outcomes Why Join AstraZeneca?
