About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our Strata Administration team.
* As a Strata Administrator, you will provide general administrative support to our experienced Strata Managers, including coordinating repairs and maintenance for buildings, communicating with tradespeople and stakeholders, and assisting with risk and insurance requirements.
About You
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* At least 6 months of experience in Body Corporate or transferrable skills from Real Estate
* Strong administrative abilities and attention to detail
* A positive, proactive mindset and eagerness to learn
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Professional presentation and ability to meet deadlines
