We have an opportunity for another capable, experienced Gardener to join the team Monday to Friday (5 days approx 8am-430pm), with more hours available if you wish. Your initial induction will be with owner/operator based near the city, after which you will drive a supplied work vehicle and work independently.
To be successful in your application for this role, you will need to bring your strong work ethic, reliability and previous experience of at least 12 months.
Candidates requirements:
- Being competent with all general machinery (mower, whipper, hedger, pruner etc); weeding, trimming, mowing, edging, pruning hedges and shrubs etc
- Demonstrate care toward our clients and their properties
- Having the ability to work independently, take responsibility for driving and caring for the work vehicle and equipment
- Excellent time management
- Adherence to standards and procedures.
Your duties would include but not be limited to:
- Driving the work vehicle from job to job with an assistant
- Engaging with clients
- General domestic garden care ie: mowing, edging, hedge trimming, pruning, weeding, planting, pest control
- Liaising with the owner of the business
Job Types: Full time, Permanent, Casual
Pay: $38.00 – $48.00 per hour
Expected hours: 35 – 45 per week
