Offer description

This is offered as a 12-month Maximum-Term contract opportunity. As an Innovation & Change Enablement Senior Associate at PwC Australia, you'll play a key role in supporting our AI uplift by enabling people‐led change, communications, and capability building. You'll help teams adopt new tools and ways of working, partnering closely with leaders to align intent with action across programs for clients in financial services, government, healthcare, energy and technology.

Why PwC?

At PwC Australia, your skills meet purpose. We tackle big challenges across industries like finance, technology, energy, and health—giving you the chance to make a real impact. Here, your growth is our priority. You'll work with leading teams, explore new technologies, and unlock your full potential. Join a global community of more than 370,000 people who value bold ideas, collaboration, and lasting change. Together, we're building trust and shaping the future.

What you'll do

* Innovation & AI Adoption – Support the AI adoption and change manager in driving bottom‐up AI agent adoption across Lines of Service by coordinating pilots, capturing use cases, and tracking adoption metrics.
* Portfolio Coordination – Build and maintain effective working relationships with portfolio & program stakeholders, acting as a trusted point of contact for portfolio‐related queries and coordination.
* Integrated Change View – Work with programme Change Managers to build a consolidated view of change activities across the portfolio, flagging overlaps, sequencing conflicts, and escalating with recommendations to portfolio lead.
* Comms & Stakeholder Engagement – Partner with the Comms Lead to ensure consistent portfolio‐level messaging and support stakeholder mapping and engagement planning.

What we're looking for

* Structured thinker with a bias for action – Comfortable navigating ambiguity, connecting dots across multiple workstreams, and turning complexity into clear updates and recommendations without waiting to be asked.
* Confident collaborator – Able to build credibility quickly with senior stakeholders and work effectively alongside Comms, Change, and Innovation leads without having direct authority over them.
* Curious about AI and innovation – Genuinely interested in how AI agents and emerging technologies are reshaping professional services, with the energy to champion adoption and learn fast in a rapidly evolving space.
* Flexible, pragmatic problem solver with a proven ability to navigate organisational complexity.
* Outcome‐focused and growth‐oriented, with a strong sense of accountability for impact and delivery.
* Excellent communicator and influencer, able to simplify complexity and drive alignment.
* Inclusive, empathetic individual who prioritises employee experience and engagement.
* Resilient, adaptable, and comfortable working across diverse sectors and change contexts.
* Learning and global mindset to continually adapt and change as we learn more about AI and apply global strategies to local execution.

What you'll gain

* The opportunity to work with leading organisations and cutting‐edge technology that challenge and expand your expertise.
* Flexibility means trusting you to choose when, where, and how you work—balancing what's best for you, your team, and your clients to grow and thrive together.
* Clear paths for career progression supported by continuous learning and leadership development.
* Generous leave entitlements to support your work‐life balance— including floating public holidays, birthday leave and the ability to purchase additional leave on top of your four weeks.
* A world‐class parental leave policy offering up to 26 weeks of leave for caregivers, supporting your family and personal life.
