* Case Coordinator (Allied Health), Homes First program : Provides clients with three years of intensive case management support, working from a strengths-based, trauma-informed approach to address unmet needs and promote community participation.
Hours: 60 hours per fortnight
Maximum term: until 30 June 2026

* Family Wellbeing Support Services Practitioner : Offers intensive, long-term, early intervention support for children, young people, and their families; short-term immediate assistance; community outreach; mental health education; community development activities; and therapeutic group programs.
Hours: 75 hours per fortnight
Maximum term: until 30 June 2026

* Kinship Care Practitioner : Supports Kinship Care families to ensure children's safety, stability, and development. Develops collaborative work practices, assists clients in accessing services, and advocates for clients.
Hours: 60 hours per fortnight

* Team Leader, Refugee and Asylum Seeker Services : Responsible for coordinating Settle Well, Job Readiness, and AOD programs.
