Job Description:
Flexible Speech Pathologist Contractor
We are looking for experienced Independent Speech Pathologists to join our flexible workforce as contractors.

The responsibilities of this role include:
* Assisting NDIS participants, along with their families and/or carers, to identify their needs through assessment and person-centred planning
* Evaluating, developing, and delivering evidence-based support plans within a complex support space
* Developing meaningful goals and practical strategies utilising a positive behaviour support framework, and with a commitment to eliminate restrictive practices, in the home and community
* Ensuring individual plans reflect our NDIS participants' goals, passions, and strengths, as well as ensuring they get more out of life
* Working collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team
Requirements:
* Current SPA membership
* 2 Years NDIS Experience
* Active ABN
* Relevant insurance including Public Liability, Professional Indemnity insurance and Comprehensive car insurance
* Police clearance, WWC and NDIS screener
