The Aboriginal Employee Plan will aim to deliver the goals of the strategic plan to increase Aboriginal employment, leadership and retention.The ideal candidate will:Manage the Aboriginal Workforce Team providing leadership, coordination, training and support as required.Responsible for the implementation of the Aboriginal Employment PlanBuild rapport with managers and senior leaders to establish strong professional relationships to promote Aboriginal employment, development and retentionLiaise with educational institutions, funding bodies and other third parties to promote Aboriginal employment, development and retentionContribute to the development, and implementation of policies, procedures and initiatives to promote Aboriginal employment, development and retentionReport on Aboriginal Employment Plan and ad-hoc reporting as requiredEnsure that actions of the human resources business plan are completed within appropriate timeframesDoes this interest you?
