We are partnering with a long-established battery minerals focused mining company in WA to appoint a Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP). You will become a trusted advisor and strategic partner to business leaders and employees and be responsible for aligning people strategies with company values and operational objectives.

Key Responsibilities
This role will be instrumental in embedding company values, advocating for a safe, accountable, and supportive environment that empowers employees to contribute meaningfully while driving sustainable business outcomes.
You will provide expert guidance on complex employee matters, including workplace investigations, disciplinary processes, and performance management, ensuring fair and consistent application of employment legislation and company policy. You will also actively work to influence, advise, and coach senior leaders and managers to continuously foster a respectful, inclusive, compliant and high-performing workplace.
About you
Having a Tertiary Qualification in Human Resource Management, or a related business discipline, you will have a strong knowledge of employment legislation, HR policies and best practice, and industrial relations principles. It is also essential that you can demonstrate strong experience in employee relations, case management, and performance management as well as the capability to deliver workshops that drive engagement, knowledge sharing, and practical application of concepts
The mine site is located only a short 2 ½ hours drive from Perth in beautiful WA and is offered on either a Monday- Friday (5/2) basis if you should choose to live locally, or a 4/3 DIDO with wonderful camp accommodation on site.
