About the role
Rodd & Gunn, a leading fashion retailer, is seeking energetic and passionate Christmas Casual Stylist to join their team at the Myer Cairns store. As a Casual Stylist, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and assisting customers in finding the perfect Rodd & Gunn apparel and accessories to suit their style and needs. This is a casual position, offering flexible working hours to accommodate the busy holiday shopping season.
What you'll be doing
* Providing personalised and attentive customer service to ensure an exceptional shopping experience
* Assisting customers in selecting the right products by understanding their preferences and needs
* Maintaining a well-presented and visually appealing store environment
* Restocking and organising merchandise to ensure the store is always customer-ready
* Processing sales transactions efficiently and accurately
* Adhering to Rodd & Gunn's brand standards and policies
What we're looking for
* Previous experience in a customer-facing retail or sales role, preferably in the fashion industry
* Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and build rapport with customers
* Strong product knowledge and a passion for fashion and style
* Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
* Flexible and adaptable, with the ability to work well in a team and under pressure during peak periods
