An established and well-regarded contractor is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the end-to-end delivery of a $100M high-rise residential project in Perth. This is a high-impact role suited to a commercially astute leader with a proven background in managing large-scale multi-residential or mixed-use developments. You'll take ownership of a major build, backed by a capable delivery team and a long pipeline of future work. The Opportunity You'll manage all phases of construction, from early procurement and stakeholder engagement through to handover. As the key point of contact across consultants, clients, and subcontractors, you'll ensure time, cost, and quality targets are met.
