We are looking for a Paid Social Specialist to join our Melbourne team. You'll manage high‐value accounts, collaborate with creatives, and drive campaigns that deliver measurable results.
Key Responsibilities
* Own strategy, execution, and optimisation of paid campaigns across Meta, TikTok, Pinterest and other social platforms.
* Deliver performance outcomes against defined KPIs and budgets.
* Partner with creative teams to develop compelling ad assets and testing frameworks.
* Manage client communications, reporting, and performance reviews.
* Contribute to the continuous improvement of campaign frameworks and best practices.
Requirements
* 2+ years of experience in paid social and an expert on the tools.
* Demonstrated success in managing and scaling accounts with measurable ROI.
* Expertise in Meta, TikTok, Pinterest and other paid media platforms.
* Highly analytical with strong attention to detail.
* Professionalism, accountability, and the ability to thrive in a collaborative remote team.
