Key Responsibilities
* Lead and mentor team members in creating and delivering learning programs with clear, measurable objectives.
* Develop learning materials and digital assets, ensuring program delivery that engages and meets quality standards.
* Evaluate learning effectiveness and manage deliverables to drive continuous improvement.
* Collaborate with stakeholders on integrated learning plans, leveraging emerging trends and managing training logistics.
Requirements
* Proven experience in training and development, skilled in designing programs and applying change management principles.
* Expertise in learning tools, performance evaluation, feedback and strong communication and presentation abilities.
* Strong analytical, problem-solving and technical advisory skills with a first-level team leadership role managing up to 10 team members.
* Capable of prioritizing annually, leading medium to large projects and delivering results through experience and sound judgment.
