About the role
We are seeking Labourers, Pipelayers and experienced Excavator Operators to join our team at Northern Civil Services in Townsville. You will play a vital role in supporting our civil construction projects across the Townsville region.
What you'll be doing
* Operate and maintain excavators and other heavy machinery in a safe and efficient manner
* Perform general Pipelaying & labouring duties to support construction activities
* Follow all site safety protocols and procedures
* Work collaboratively with the broader construction team
* Maintain detailed records and documentation as required
What we're looking for
* Minimum 2 years' experience as an Excavator Operator or in a similar construction role
* Proficient in the operation of excavators and other plant equipment
* Strong safety focus with a commitment to high standards of work health and safety
* Excellent communication and teamwork skills
