⏰ Hours That Suit Your Lifestyle!
✅ Monday to Friday – No weekends!
✅ Hours – shifts between 8.00am and 5.00pm
✅ Work/Life balance – 9-day fortnight or 4 days per week considered
📋 What You’ll Be Doing:
📞 Answering Calls – be the friendly, professional voice patients & referrers trust
📅 Scheduling Appointments – master our cutting-edge RIS system (Karisma)
⚡ Optimising Workflow – keep schedules running smoothly
💰 Quoting Fees – inform patients about fees & Medicare rebates
📄 Prepping Patients – ensure they have all the info they need before visiting
