Delivery Drivers are responsible for food transportation, fulfilling customers' needs and ensuring on-time delivery. All drivers will be cross-trained in store operations including answering phones, preparing food, cleaning and other tasks.
PAY
- Hourly Pay - Direct Deposit Weekly
- No split wages.
- Cash Paid Daily
- Delivery Reimbursement (updates weekly with local gas prices)

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Deliver food orders promptly and enthusiastically
- Be time sensitive to customer promise times and be vigilant about meeting or beating them
- Maintain presentation of your vehicle and always wear the required uniform in order to make a positive impression
- Manage time on the road and in the store to reduce customer wait times and build customer loyalty
- Create a positive rapport with customers both on the phones, in the store and in their homes
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment
- Greet customers, take their order and prepare the meal
- Provide excellent service, ensuring that you treat customers with respect, dignity and courtesy
- Work as part of a team to attain the highest standards possible
- Ensure order accuracy and completion of order
- Follow proper cash handling procedures/safety precautions
REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Fired up to handle day-to-day challenges in a fast paced work environment that may be stressful at times
- Ability to accomplish tasks and build customer loyalty with minimal supervision
- Reliable vehicle/must possess and maintain valid driver's license/automobile insurance
- Basic math and computer skills
- Ability to maintain a positive attitude under pressure, and always be honest and punctual
- Enjoys and likes interacting with people
- Good listening and oral communication skills
- May be required to lift up to 40 lbs.
