**Accor Apartments & Realty **consists of over 100 properties within the Premium, Midscale and Economy portfolio of **Accor**. We are seeking an experienced **Marketing Coordinator** with superior organisational and communication skills to join the dynamic team based on the Gold Coast.
This exciting position is responsible for supporting hotel properties within the Accor Apartments & Realty Business Unit, through assisting with the development and implementation of marketing plans and initiatives aligned with the business unit. This role will also support the championing of hotel brands within the portfolio.
**Getting to know the role and your responsibilities**
- Undertake marketing, loyalty initiatives or projects as directed by Director of Commercial Shared Services or Director of Hotel Marketing & Loyalty.
- Support development and execution of marketing strategies across Accor Apartments and Realty properties to strengthen brand awareness and positive perceptions, but also meet key business targets like direct bookings, loyalty contribution.
- Coordinate activity across multiple channels, including all CRM, digital and social platforms, leveraging owned opportunities via sales, promotions, loyalty, sponsorships.
- Leverage Loyalty Levers including ALL - Accor Live Limitless and Accor Plus to increase visibility.
- Develop strong understanding of brand portfolios, taking on the role of brand ambassador, assisting various stakeholders on brand guidelines, imagery, tone of voice, brand projects, etc.
- Develop marketing collateral and manage implementation process.
- Regular campaign reporting across multiple channels.
- Continuously seek to find customer insights which can be used to inform marketing initiatives.
- Understand and interpret overarching Pacific and Global strategies in conjunction with manager and ensure appropriate local executions
- Provide marketing support on Ah-hoc projects as directed by manager.
- Work with agencies to develop effective and on-brand creative design solutions for various marketing initiatives.
- Support advertising and media planning as required.
- Coordinate the briefing and management of suppliers with clear objectives, timeline, budget parameters and outcomes required.
- Sourcing, managing and negotiating multiple suppliers.
- Support any partners and stakeholders relationships as required.
**What we are seeking**:
- Qualification in business related discipline (marketing desirable).
- Proven experience within marketing, preferably within hospitality.
- Strong working knowledge of digital marketing software and tools, and Microsoft Office
- Experience working with Adobe Suite and other graphic design programs.
