About the role
Campbell Construction Co is now seeking an experienced Insurance Repair Supervisor to join our team in the Alice Springs region.
As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for the day-to-day running of multiple domestic insurance jobs to ensure a positive and high-quality repair on every job.
Responsibilities
Prepare reports, quotes, and insurance damage assessments
Coordinate subcontractors & suppliers for high-quality repairs
Communicate effectively with clients, insurers, and team members
Meet KPIs & ensure compliance with OH&S & legislative standards
Maintain records in Prime Ecosystem & insurance platforms
Occasional travel during major weather events
About You
Cert IV in Building & Construction/Building trade (preferred)
QBCC Supervisor licence or the ability to obtain
Experience in site supervision, estimating, scheduling & insurance repairs
Tech-savvy with repair management systems & Microsoft Office
Knowledge of NCC, QBCC Standards, WHS regulations
Strong attention to detail and the ability to ensure the highest quality of finishes from your trade team
A strong commitment to safety, process and an awesome customer experience
