About the role

As an Administration Assistant / Receptionist based in our Beenleigh office, you will play a key role in liaising with staff and clients ensuring the delivery of exemplary administration support and customer service. Reporting to the Office Manager, this role is responsible for providing reception and administrative support. With so much variety no two days will be the same!

This role is full-time, 8:30am to 5pm Monday to Friday.

As an Administration Assistant / Receptionist in our team, you will have the opportunity to use or develop your skills to work within the administration team and perform the following duties:

* Reception duties
* Greeting clients in a friendly, courteous manner
* Managing phone calls, emails and enquiries efficiently and effectively
* Scanning and filing
* Book and confirm meetings
* Management of ATO correspondence
* Collation of client work
* Attend to mail, deliveries and office and stationery supplies
* Provide assistance direct to Partners and Managers
* Assisting with preparation of ASIC corporate compliance documentation
* Support with ad hoc administration tasks
