At Sicame Australia, we are looking for a Graduate / Junior Engineer to join our Engineering team at our Yatala manufacturing site.
This is not a role where you will be stuck behind a desk all day. You will get exposure to real products, real manufacturing, real problem-solving and practical engineering work that supports our production, quality and operations teams.
You will be supported by experienced engineers while building your confidence, technical knowledge and practical capability.

What you'll be doing
You will support the Engineering team with a range of day-to-day technical and project activities, including:
* Assisting with engineering drawings, documentation and design updates
* Supporting product testing, trials and validation activities
* Helping with product changes and manufacturing improvement projects
* Updating technical records, specifications and work instructions
* Supporting engineering analysis and problem-solving under guidance
* Working with production and quality teams to help resolve practical issues
* Learning our products, processes, standards and manufacturing systems
You will not be expected to know everything from day one. We are looking for someone with the right attitude, curiosity and willingness to learn.
About you
You may be a recent graduate, junior engineer or someone early in your engineering career.
Applicants must have valid Australian work rights to be considered for this position.
You will ideally have:
* A qualification in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Electrical Engineering or a related field
* A minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related discipline
* A genuine interest in manufacturing, products and practical engineering
* Exposure CAD modelling and Drawing, preferably Solidworks
* General understanding of Tolerancing, GD&T, Engineering Materials, Six Sigma
