Inclusive Employment Australia (IEA) is an innovative employment support service for individuals with disabilities, injuries, or illnesses.

We are excited to be building a new team in Ipswich and Logan areas.


About the Role

This role involves developing strong relationships with local employers, understanding their workforce needs, and supporting them to hire more people with disabilities, injuries, or health conditions.

You will act as a liaison between employers and job seekers, connecting them with suitable opportunities and providing ongoing support to ensure successful placements.

* Build and maintain relationships with local employers in collaboration with our teams
* Stay up-to-date with local labour market trends and emerging industries to identify potential employment opportunities
* Proactively establish new employer connections, taking time to understand their staffing needs and provide tailored recruitment solutions
* Assist employers in adapting their processes or roles to accommodate candidates with specific needs, maximizing productivity and benefits
* Engage job-ready candidates and match them with employers through referrals, job carving, and reverse marketing to achieve sustainable outcomes
* Collaborate with Employment Consultants and Ongoing Support Consultants to build opportunities in relevant industries and provide post-placement support to participants and their employers
* Achieve or exceed all performance targets by adopting a results-driven approach


About You

We are looking for someone with:

* Relevant qualifications in areas such as Employment Services, Community Services, or other relevant fields
* Previous experience in employment services, including barrier management, reverse marketing, candidate placement, and post-placement support
* Demonstrated expertise in business development, account management, or sales
* Strong networking and relationship-building skills
* A working knowledge of local employers and their recruitment demands
* Effective communication skills to engage with various stakeholders
* A performance-focused mindset and proven experience achieving business targets and performance metrics
