About The Company
Our client is an energetic and rapidly expanding company based in Melbourne, specializing in renewable energy solutions. They focus on a variety of projects including commercial and construction solar installations, residential systems, and large-scale solar and battery installations, establishing themselves as a leader in the industry.
About The Opportunity
The primary objective of this role is to lead or assist installation teams on a range of solar projects, ensuring quality and efficiency from start to finish. Reporting to the management team, your key responsibilities will include:
* Communicating effectively to resolve issues and maintain project flow
* Fostering strong relationships with team members, suppliers, and clients
* Adhering to all relevant Occupational Health and Safety (OH&S) guidelines
* Leading or supporting installation teams on small to large-scale solar projects
* Providing technical support and documenting site details such as images, serial numbers, and test results
About You
The ideal candidate will possess:
* A current Victorian Driver's License
* Prior experience in solar installation is well-regarded
* Working at Heights ticket and Working Safely in the Solar Industry ticket
* Experience leading and supervising a small team of A-Grade Electricians
* A-Grade Electrical License and registration with ESV, or be currently completing a 4th year electrical apprenticeship
You will also have:
* Desirable qualifications such as EWP license, SAA Design and Install certification, and Battery Storage certification
