We have partnered with a key client and construction leader on the Gold Coast in search for a Project Coordinator. This is an excellent opportunity to deliver the city's most lavish and prestigious homes.

**About our client**
Located on the Gold Coast, our well-regarded client is seeking a Projects Coordinator. This is a critical role that will see you play an integral part within a business that is reaping the rewards of an extensive pipeline of projects. Their people and culture mean they can work effectively and with a purpose to exceed the expectations of their clients. They focus on the details, with a strong culture of working together using smart design solutions and employing up-to-date construction methods to deliver beautiful homes within the $2 -$15million range.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Ensure site supervisory staff are aware of the project's scope of works and inclusions in tender packages
- Preparation of tender documentation required for the procurement of sub-contractors including tender and pricing schedules, scope of works, comparative tender analysis and recommendations
- Liaise with the Engineers in the pre-planning stages to ensure efficiency
- Providing support to the Project Management Team and maintaining the Integrated Management System Records
- Maintain an integral role in managing and delivering projects in accordance with contractual obligations and company policies and procedures.
- Provide leadership and delegate tasks to junior team members to assist in project outcomes.
- Build strong and ongoing working relationships with clients, suppliers, and key stakeholders

**To be successful in the role, you will be able to demonstrate your ability in the following key criteria**:

- Ideally, hold a Construction Management Degree
- 2 + years experience in the role of a CA, PM, Junior PM or equivalent
- Computer literacy and proficiency in; Microsoft Word, Excel, Project and Outlook
- The ability to organise yourself and others, prioritise tasks, meet deadlines and manage continuous change and its consequences effectively
- Confident and knowledgeable of front end project management
- Highly organised, motivated, and a confident Project Coordinator
- Good knowledge of Town Planning processes and Engineering requirements
- Prior across data build is desired but not essential
