Are you organised, proactive and thrive in a fast-paced environment? We are seeking a motivated Sales & Office Administrator to join our growing real estate office and play a key role in supporting our sales, property management and leadership teams.
Key Responsibilities
* Answering phones and managing enquiries professionally
* Greeting clients and creating a welcoming office environment
* Maintaining an organised, professional and efficient office
* Working closely with the Sales Team to ensure smooth listing and sale transitions
* Assisting with marketing across social media platforms
* Supporting overflow from Property Management, including:
* Processing invoices
* Ensuring compliance requirements are met
* Following up maintenance requests
* Providing high-level administrative support to the Directors
Expereience
* Current Real Estate Licence with sound knowledge of industry practices
* Experience in Sales and/or Property Management (advantageous)
* Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to build strong client relationships
* Strong administrative and office management capabilities
* Excellent organisational and communication skills
* Ability to work collaboratively within a team-focused environment
