Join HEH Civil as we deliver high quality civil infrastructure across Queensland. We’re looking for a Contract Quality Representative who’s ready to own quality outcomes, support project teams, and keep our systems running smoothly across multiple sites.
Responsibilities
Implement the Project Quality Plan and maintain digital quality systems.Monitor, inspect and audit quality processes to ensure compliance with IMS, specs and subcontractor requirements.Manage documentation: lot records, ITPs, registers, reports and QA close out.Participate in reviewing and improving project internal and supplier audits and contribute to ISO accreditation and continuous improvement.Support project teams with quality data, record keeping and client documentation.
Skills And Qualifications
2+ years in quality management, ideally in civil construction or engineering.Qualifications in Quality Assurance, Lead Auditing, Construction Management or Engineering (desirable).Work confidently with modern digital quality and document systems.Proven experience with audits, nonconformance management and quality compliance.Excellent communication skills and confidence working across multiple sites.White Card + valid driver’s licence.
